@ Subbiah, beside the above coat you have mentioned, you can also use bio coat like polystyrene/polycaprolactone to urea coating. Please have a look of the attached file.

Urea can also be coated with gypsum, sulphur, cement and zeolite besides neem

1. Gypsum reduces ammonia volatalization by 40 %.

2. Sulhur resists leaching

3. Cement has excellent binding capacity

4. Zeolite improves soil fertility and water retention
