Hello!

I`m trying to think about the nature of scientific knowlege, and about how far can it take us.

What are the inherent limits of scientific knowlege?

I`m thinking about two: The first one is the limit of what is measurable, for our inferences about nature are just as precise as what we can measure. The second is the uncertainty of inductive generalization. Since we generalize rules from particulars, our scientific statements are aways aproximations (albeit very precise ones), making our knowlege tangentiate reality without ever touching it.

However, I fell I am missing a lot on my reflections.

What are, in your opinions, the limits of science?
