I am working with C elegans N2 strain. What are the reference genes for them to carry out qPCR?
A friend of mine used 28S rRNA but I do not know if it worked,
We have used gpi-1, B-actin also works fairly well. Just need to make sure that none of your treatments alter the expression.
I have to check the effect of some proteins on the expression of these house keeping genes.
We have switched to using Y45F10D.4. Its been great reference genes. And here is a paper to go with it.

Hi Daniel
Its is good paper and i have tried these primer for my experiment but now i have to design the primers related to the reproductive system of C elegans.
I am trying to isolate coagulase from S. aureus through ammunium sulfate but I did not get any success when i run SDS PAGE. Does any body provide me protocol for it? Thank you!
