The objective is to examine the current status of the water resources available, identify the challenges and suggest the sustainable measures for averting the menace of future challeges. Thanks Mr. Zende for your anticipated contribution.

Very important to divide into two categories.
1. Surface Water 2.Groundwater
For surface water First you check rainfall runoff relation, existing performance assessment of water stored structures, water demand for various areas. Also try to find some indices related to surface water assessment.
2. For groundwater, check the total water availability in the area, recharge condition, geological investigations, withdrawal of water etc.
According to the points, for identify the challenges and suggest the sustainable measures of future challenges. ( MICRO LEVEL WATER RESOURCES PLANNING)
