we are administering radioimmunotherapy in HER2 positive breast cancer mouse model. I was wondering if there are any useful bio markers to look at certain point post treatment. Ki-67 (Proliferation) and H2AX( DNA damage) has been widely used. Is there any other markers to support the data?

People also used ER and PR for that purposes if cells are positive to them. I think these are more proper marker than the cell survival markers. It would be nice to demonstrate Ki-67 and ER or PR receptors in the positive cells simultaneously.
