I am currently reading literature that focuses on interpersonal communication and uncertainty management but what to get some understanding of issues that arise at the organizational level.
I am intentionally leaving this query broad and do not limit it to any one specific topic area.
If possible, I would like to get suggestions for foundational and review papers in this area.
