Hi, I am trying to calculate the energy density and power density of my electrode material. I have measured galvanostatic charge/discharge measurements in three electrode system. I am confused with different formulas in the papers. so, I would be grateful if someone help me in this matter.

Roman had given the specific answer for you. Additionally, people always caculate thier own energy density and power density to compare their performance to others, the Ragone figure is necessary almost in all papers about full supercapacitor. For example:

Sometimes people take the updated formula for energy density and make an assumption of imaginary 2 electrode symmetric system based on 3-electrode cell as E=(CU^2)/8. However, as Dr Mysyk mentioned, energy and power density should be given based on 2-electrode system results as they are characteristic for a real device.
