Asphalt roads can be damaged due to the effects of rainfall due to moisture infiltration, coupled with traffic loads. In areas where asphalt roads are laid especially rural areas where there are animal farms nearby, and cattle drives are common on the roads there is a very high chance that there is dung on the road and it is not cleared for a long time.

The surface of the roads is covered with bitumen layer, which is very resistant to wear and tear except erosion on contact with water. In my opinion, cow dung wont affect the road surface much except making it untidy.
As mentioned by a previous response, the chemical implications must be analyzed. Depending on the composition and pH of the residue some interactions might occur at the surface leading to accelerated deterioration. However, since the residue in question tends to be relatively neutral, I don´t believe in can have a significant impact on the deterioration process of the pavement structure.
This needs to be investigated. Well in my opinion, asphalt is itself a complex organic material, so compatibility would exist between them. Furthermore, waste of swine and some other animals have already been used by many researchers for asphalt binder modification..
I agree with Irfan Ajaz Qurashi . There will be no adverse impact from animal waste deposited on the road. In case the water runoff is used for human consumption, care may need to be taken to avoid contamination and resultant health issues.
