It has been reported that seaweed contain high carbohydrate and lack of lignin, which makes them much easier to digest during anaerobic digestion.

I would like to know the order of biodegradability rate among major polysaccharides contained in different seaweeds- green algae (mannan, ulvan, cellulose), red algae (carrageenan, agar), brown algae (laminarin, mannitol, alginate, glucan)?

Thank you
