Mainly it depends on its volume. This define if it is for split or splitless. Other aspects you can check on Vendor's websites.

You have to decide whether you want to do a Split injection or Splitless one. The liners are different for split and splitless injections. A wrong selection can affect the analysis results including the peakshape. Also, the glasswool you insert inside the liner is also very important like the amount of glasswool, it's position inside the liner etc.
