What are the different types of analysis that can be done using a 16S rRNA gene sequence apart from phylogenetic tree analysis?

I have three 16S RNA gene sequences of three different bacteria. I have done the phylogenetic analysis and also constructed its dendrogram. But I want to know whether anything else can be done with these partial sequences.
