Hi everybody,

I really stuck on a topic which ı described detaily below.

Are there any mouse endothelial cell type used for scaffold vascularization or coculture with another mouse cells? I have been searching a lot but ı realised that commonly used cell type for vascularization is HUVEC and its derivatives. Nowadays ı am working on MC3T3-E1 mouse preosteoblast cell line but I couldnt find any other cell type for co-culture. Eventhough there is a lot of cell type in the literature such as 3B11, H5V, C166 etc., almost all of them are proposed for cancer study or proteomic&genomic study or matrigel tubular formation.

I havent met any study combining mouse endothelial cells with mouse other cell types in a scaffold or co-culture system, have you?

I can not imagine combining HUVEC and mouse preosteoblast cells and also ı havent met such a study in the literature, have you?

If there is a possible reason for not to use mouse endothelial cells for scaffold vascularization, what it could be?

Hope to take advantage of your experience, experimentations or knowledge.

Thank you in advance,
