Metal halide perovskites (e.g. CH3NH3PBX3) have outstanding optical and electrical properties such as band gap around 1.6 eV, large carrier diffusion length and lifetimes, self regulation etc. Despite of having these amazing properties, they are toxic and unstable in nature. Due to these reasons, lead free perovskites were introduced in solar cells, my question is what are the detailed synthesis methods of lead free perovskites like Cs2SnI6 and Cs2TiBr6 etc.?
