For PV Modelling i wold like to recommend the paper written by M. G. VILLALVA, you can download the models from the link

You can use System Advisor Model software by NREL to check which PV model is better. They have modules of all major manufacturer's PV panels available in market. Yet, you can also make your custom module and check it's performance as parameters are well defined in the software which you need to input.
