I am going to immobilize Antibody on a gold surface chip. My strategy is using Amine Coupling Chemistry. I would like to ask, what are the commercial Amine Coupling Kits that you commonly use for this kind of experiment ? (My gold surface is plain, not specific type of gold chip)
My preference is EDC/NHS(sulfo) - it is pretty straightforward

Thank you Dr Murugesan. Is Biorad's amine coupling kit your favor?. I check on the web, there are several commercial kits, however they say the kits best used for their chips. But I don't want to use their chips.

I do not know about a kit. If you want to immobilize Antibody of amine on gold, you can use DTSSP - http://www.covachem.com/dtssp-crosslinker-81069-02-5.html. It binds to gold after the disulfide is cleaved, and then add antibody.
