We are looking for breast cancer cell lines expressing wild-type p53. Any suggestions?
Hi Michael,
you can find a great book on p53 mutations in cell lines at the following link: http://p53.free.fr/Database/Cancer_cell_lines/cell_lines_1.0.pdf
If you look into it you'll find all the cell lines with WT p53 (for example MCF7), deleted p53 or mutated p53.
Hope this was helpful!
Best,
Natalia Realini

Is anyone aware of an engineered pair of breast cancer cell lines, isogenic, with wt and mutant/null p53?
Do we have triple nagative p53 wild-type breast cancer cell lines?
We are investigating myc inhibitors in breast cell lines and would like to relate response to cellular myc levels.
