can anybody suggest a few ABDC listed Accounting Journals, which have zero processing and publication fee and publish the articles in short period of time(not more than six months).

I agree with Shahzad. For a good accounting journal, you can't have full publications within 6 months from the date of manuscript submission. Editors need to find reviewers, and reviewers can take months to accept review invitations. Take additional months to provide their review reports. Take couple of months to revise the manuscript before acceptance. And finally the accepted manuscript processing to final production can take months.
If you already have the title and abstract for your article, you can use the following tools from Elsevier and Springer to help you pick a right journal among those that belong to the respective publisher

The output of these tools shows inter alia average article processing times and impact factors of the journals and, if I recall correctly, also publication fees and open access fees, if any.
In many journals you can publish free of charge if you do NOT make your article open access (i.e. it is available only to journal subscribers), but this should be checked for each journal separately.

Seriously, a good journal's review process is more than six months, and then a year or more before it is in an edition. There is no such thing as reputable quick publishing. If you pay money to quickly publish, you might as well throw your money away.
In the attached photo are the 17 best accounting journals from Brazil. There are a dozen more accounting journals in that country. The photo is taken from the paper in PDF. The paper analyzes the publication times of these journals and compares them with the times of the Journal of Accounting and Economics. Brazilian accounting journals are making efforts to reduce publication time. The current average is 254 days (8.5 months). Several of these journals publish all their articles in English. All of them are open access journals. The shared paper is in Portuguese.
In India, The Chartered Accountant(by ICAI,N.Delhi) and The Management Accountant(by ICAI,Kolkata) are really good journals, though not in ABDC List.
