What should be the right null Hypothesis of ANOVA?
1. No difference between the means of the groups; or
2. No difference between the variance s of the groups

The null hypothesis of the ANOVA is that the additional predictors in the larger model don't reduce the residual variance.
what exactly is the null hypothesis of ANOVA either it is no difference between the means of the groups (or) no difference between variances of the groups.

The hypotheses of interest in an ANOVA are as follows:
H0: μ1 = μ2 = μ3 ... = μk
While the alternative hypothesis is
H1: Means are not all equal.
What is your research about? A null hypothesis (regardless of how one analyzes the data) , is always that in a population there is no change. But it would help me to know what your hypothesis is and then I can be more specfic.
