Value added in Human Resource Management (HRM) is rarely understood and even less frequently measured. HRM is, nonetheless, extremely important in contributing to organization success.
The task of attempting to measure HRM outcomes is difficult. Perhaps the most successful work has been done by Mark Huselid. Many scholars have addressed the need to understand the contribution of HRM strategically.

International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) is not required that enterprises in the annual report presenting the value of human resources. But, in my opinion, it would be good if enterprises to submit information in the annual report about labor expenses and the biggest and, smallest wage.
HR contribution to accomplish the organization strategic goals is rarely measured. If employees are successful in their work, is not considered added value of a good HR hiring/training process.
Companies need to measure HR outcomes, calculating return of investment in HR processes, and following HR key performance indicators associated to the company´s strategic goals.
