PEDOT:PSS is hygroscopic in nature and absorbs moisture from sorrounding environment. One more problem with PEDOT:PSS is it's acidic nature which affects ITO/HTL interface.These problems lead to degradation of perovskite material and hence stability of PSCs reduced. Now question arises, what are the best solutions to enhance the stability of PEDOT:PSS based PSCs?

You can add one thin organic interlayer between PEDOT:PSS and perovskite active layers to avoid the perovskite directly contact PEDOT:PSS. There are some refetences you can find from google search.

I think the solution is in using a metal oxide substitute for the PEDOT: PSS organic hole conducting material. It is found that NiOx is one of the suitable metal oxide hole conductors. This question can be resolved if you understand what is the PEDOT:PSS thin film. The PEDOT polymer is doped with PSS polymers, and the the PSS can be dissolved in water. In literature, the PEDOT:PSS (1:6 wt%, AI4083) solution is widely used as the hole transport layer. So, the amount of PSS is higher than that of PEDOT. It means that the residual PSS in the PSS-doped PEDOT thin film can adsorb water, which results in the degradation of perovskite solar cells.
