Some benefits include:

It is impossible for me to have children to study every courses or be in all disciplines but I can be sure through my teaching to have products in nearly all the fields of study. This alone makes me proud of myself and my career. I love people who can stand and say my students are here and there. Impacting knowledge means moulding and building a nation.

Generally social and humanistic disciplines oriented to society are less-appreciated than technical ones, which are more profit-based (although this is does no have to be the rule)… but also, what takes into account is the personal feeling of being helpful and teaching others to contribute to the societal wellbeing.

Impacting knowledge means gaining new ideas, thoughts and approaches about and in situations. This knowledge could be used for problem solving or a means to an end for a developing process. This question highlights the need to emphasize that there are benefits to impacting knowledge. What should be a culture is questioned because either people feel they do not know enough or they ascribe teaching to other people. I have gained knowledge in the classroom and also from little children. My state of mind on knowledge for now is I ought to pay attention to every moment because there is an opportunity for knowledge. The benefit of gained knowledge would therefore be understanding and the ability to spread the facts.
