What are the basic features for a oxygen atmosphere controlled furnace ? Materials of heating elements? it is mandatory that it be a tubular furnace?

Im starting a research in telurite glasses doped with metallic oxides (Au and Ag) and I need to buy a furnace. Since I dont have much budget, I need a basic furnace configuration to oxidize metallic oxides and generate metallic nanoparticles in an oxigen atmosphere.

Not necessary to have a tubular one. Since you have to use furnace in oxygen atmosphere, ordinary furnace will also work for you. Just ensure while buying furnace you get the one with options of higher temperatures ( say upto 1600 degree).
