What are the alternative methods to quantify carbon dot-drug conjugates, apart from FTIR ?

I have conjugated a drug with carbon dots using the EDC/NHS method. I am seeking quantification techniques to determine the amount of conjugate in the solution, as well as the concentrations of free drug or free carbon dots remaining in the solution. Any suggestions?

Alternative methods to quantify carbon dot-drug conjugates include fluorescence spectroscopy, UV-Vis spectroscopy, HPLC, NMR spectroscopy, and mass spectrometry. These techniques can effectively measure the concentrations of both conjugated and free drug or carbon dots in solution.
