Hello, I am looking to culture PBMCs for short periods of time (24-72 hrs). I am currently growing them in a CO2 incubator in a 96 well plate, but sometimes I would like to grow them in larger volumes. Can I grow them in Eppendorf or Falcon tubes for short periods of time, or will that affect gas exchange too much? Otherwise I am thinking of using glass test tubes with Kim-caps to provide more air exchange. Thanks!
