What are subtherapeutic and therapeutic concentrations for antibiotics in water used for chickens?

I am wondering what therapeutic concentrations and subtherapeutic (used for prophylaxis and growth promotion) of antibiotics, specifically oxytetracycline and virginiamycin, if delivered in water. Are there any sources about these? Thanks!
