I am currently looking into the male phycology in younger male (rower) athletes. I am trying to put together a list of questions regarding their training regime and also how they are feeling about up coming competition. These same questions would be the same for an entire 12 month period (so that answers can be compared). Obviously it would be preferable if the questions were "On a scale of 1-5".
I was wondering if there were any sport psychologists that would be able to assist with some questions to add to my weekly quiz.
