What are some good in-silico methods for pathways, biomarkers, and interactions that present in diabetic microvascular complications?

The four diabetic microvascular complications I am assessing are nephropathy, neuropathy, cardiomyopathy, and retinopathy. Are there any in silico methods which can be employed to identify interactions, pathways, and biomarkers which present in these complications?
