Staining of foam cells derived from PBMC differentiated to macrophages. Does anyone have experience with this type of assay?

Hi everyone, I am trying to induce foam cells in macrophage differentiated from PBMC. Which type of staining do you prefer to use? Nile Red or Oil RED O ? What concentration and timing of ox-LDL is ideal?
