I am very interested in determining the protein structure from the sequence information. For this reason I am looking for models, whose solution matches the experimental data very well.
Here I want to stress, that I am not necessarily interested in computationally efficient models (so it can be NP-complete or so), but just in those that have a good performance.

Phyre2 is very good. If you know any structure similar to your sequence, you should try One-to-One threading in Phyre2 where you provide your sequence and the structure coordinates.
