We already know that methylmercury in water bioaccumulated in the fish bodies through their diet. But does anyone know any evidence of the negative effects of such prolonged low/high-dose mercury exposure to the fish themselves?

Like deterioration in the fish neuron system? weakened immune system? Damages to liver and kidney and eventually affecting their metabolic funtion? Or even maybe behavior change like sluggish or uncontrolled movement?

Thank you.
