You can review the SCImago Journal & Country Rank (https://www.scimagojr.com/journalrank.php), where you will find some of the main journals on most fields organized by quartiles (Q1-Q4). All the journals included on this list are in Scopus. In addition, the Directory of Open Access Journals (https://doaj.org/) provides information on journals, including their article processing charges and the average expectation from submission to publication.
Unfortunately the journal's lists and ranks do not inform about fees. The only way is to select a group of journals and search in their websites one by one. The publication fees have a wide range.
I suggest to find one without any fee for publishing. Nevertheless, if you need, as you mentioned, to accelerate the process, normally payment is correlated with a shorter time of process. But be aware of predatory journals.
