I am working with water-in-oil emulsions with lecthin and also OliveM 900. I want to check the TVC , yeast and mould qualitatively using the dipslide test kits. I do not wish to send it to a preservative efficacy testing just as yet.
The issue of lack spread-ability of water-in-oil emulsions can not overcome by dilution in water as by nature of w/o emulsion they resist dilution in water. What are the methods to over come this problem.
Can anyone give some pointers towards doing this?
