I wonder how much detail you want, Kartik? Do you want a rough range of possible doses and daily exposure times, or accepted clinical protocols for particular disease sites? The intent of the treatment makes a big different too - if you can completely cure a patient you will give a high 'radical' dose, to maximise cell kill without severe side effects. But if you want to keep a patient out of pain, or extend their life expectancy, when a cure is not possible, (ie palliative treatment) generally much lower doses would be used.
