I am currently trying to understand how the ‘three papers’ format of PhD thesis works. Does anyone have any prior thesis modelled in such format? or can anyone please share any guideline or ideas to get started?
It would be great if I can avail a thesis/sample that I can follow as a format.

According to the three papers model, a Ph.D. thesis should comprise three individual, publishable, papers. The length of each paper should be in line with a relevant journal's guidelines. An outline for the structure of such a thesis is presented on the following.
