It provides you with a list of tweets and posts that include chosen keyword or hashtag and analyzes them. The collected information can help you out with your research.

I would recommend Apache Spark if you need to analyze streaming data
For Facebook data you can use sprinklr, or scraping code. For twitter, NodeXl is a good analytical tool
