We are testing for the binding affinity of NS1 Ag to a monoclonal and polyclonal anti-NS1 antibody; since the antibodies are still not available, I would like to perform a sandwich ELISA using easy and tested Ag-Ab pairings which I can manipulate to figure out an effective concentration gradient, so that I can apply these parameters once I receive the antibodies which I ordered.
