I recently switched lot of a primary antibody used in a competitive RIA. I have performed a titration experiment and the new antibody now must be used a a 1:1M dilution to give the same maximum binding as the original dilution used at 1:15M. However, the ED50 has increased from 11IU/L to 20IU/L.

Can anyone explain please?
