Dear Hamidreza,

I think that there is no issue concerning EAE induction in elder mice, if anything it works better, than in younger ones, which is own personal experience from our lab as well. People generally just use younger to bring down their husbandry costs. However, you should age-, sex- and weight match your mice to obtain meaningful and reproducible results.
