we are using Rep-PCR technique for fungal typing, i want to know that why there is only one primer for the amplification of BOX element ???

in other Rep- PCR technique we have set of primer for ERIC and Rep repeat elements, there is only a single primer BOXA1R for the amplification of BOX elements.
