WB membrane total protein staining after 2' Abs?

Did anyone perform the total protein check of PVDF membrane without using HRP and after the secondary Abs incubation? The PVDF membrane is 0.45 Immobilon FL. Unfortunately, Ponso or other classical older methods don't work with this membrane.
