I am currently working on watershed delineation using Hydrosheds DEM in ArcGIS Pro. I followed the standard steps:

Filled voids in the DEM to remove sinks.

Calculated flow direction.

Computed flow accumulation.

Added a pour point and delineated the watershed.

Despite these steps, the delineated watershed still contains holes (areas that are not contributing to the watershed, i.e., excluded or left out as gaps).

To address this, I used the Raster Calculator in ArcGIS Pro to fill the holes and preprocess the DEM further. After that, I re-calculated the flow direction, flow accumulation, and delineated the watershed again.

However, the issue still persists, and the delineated watershed still has gaps.

Incorrect placement or resolution of the pour point.

Settings in the watershed delineation tool.

Has anyone encountered a similar problem or can provide guidance on how to resolve it?

Your advice and recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
