Since, curcumin is insoluble in water, we are using different methodologists to make it water soluble. Hence in between i came to find like, whether inter molecular binding with any other gas molecule can make any possible changes in solubility of curcumin or either its antioxidant or appearance properties?
You may prepare the curcumin powder along with any suitable solubilizing agents.
those will be additives, but what i am asking that we see lot of curcumin metal complexes which can increase its solubility. But what if i made a complex with any gas instead of metal. whether it will be said as synthetic???

But I am not aware which gas will make the complex with curcumin to make it water soluble. Even if we use it the curcumin content has to be cross checked with validated method to make sure that there is no degradation.
Yes, ii agree, the degradation is an chance. But if we are able to stabilize the complex or by selecting a suitable gas component which can do the same, is it possible to make the molecule water soluble.?
Yes it is possible but not aware about this subject as I didnt tried in that angle. You can give a try as this approach is different.
But also remember the production cost may go high which depends upon the gas which you plan to use.
Glycosylation of curcumin or PEG conjuration has been proven to have improved curcumin's water solubility.
