I want to implement steganography to image to hide data and then implement watermarking algorithm to ensure the owner.
Someone suggest me to use cloudsim software.

First of all, you need to distinguish between the idea of both Steganography and Watermarking. The science of steganography is how to hide a secret payload inside an object (such as an image) so that a Stego object looks exactly like a cover object. Herein lies the challenges (an intruder should not know that there is text hidden inside the Stego object). While applying the watermarking it's all about how to immune the object (image) with a watermark.
When you understand the difference between the two areas, you will know that your question is not scientific.
In short, your question is about expose a stego object via adding a watermark on it.
