During a viral diagnosis for a complete virus particle, its antigen, or its nucleic acid, what portion of the patient sample being detected is the complete virus vs. pieces of its antigens or nucleic acids broken up when in vivo?
Dear Joel
i think it depends upon the virus type and infective stage because the presence of viroids are free antigens are not true estimation of actual numbers
