Hi Houda and thank you kindly for the links. I solely need the database to just compare the two viral genome differences. I therefore scanned your genomics links where there are many 'genome comparisons and syntney' sites, however, none stating that they have 'virus' genome comparisons. If you know if any of these have virus genome comparisons or if there is a separate site that does please let me know.

Hi Paola and thanks for the link, however, I was searching for something virus specific where I can simply plug in two virus strains and the program will output the sequence differences.
