hi. I am using the Originlab program for voltage dependent activation and inactivation curves. But I dont see the Vhalf and slope values as the result of the analysis. Could there be Xo and dx values? thanks a lot.

Y=Bottom+(Top-Bottom)/(1+exp((V50-X)/Slope))
So in your fit, x0 is your v50, and dx is your slope.
