Dear Robert, odd as it may seem, why focus on just the utilitarian aspects of IP? Wasn't such stuff fulfilled through your last book.

In view of databases and the myriad of social and IP related problems they may lead to, wouldn't it be a tad superficial to focus on just the more prominent view about IP?
