But unfortunately, the method I was doing did not accelerate the particles according to the field that was applied to them, and it seemed that Comsol solves the problem wrongly in this method.

To solve this problem, I used this method that I saved the position of the particles in a txt file and then created another Component. Then I added the new component in the cpt module and then did the rest of the simulation. In this way the problem was solved.
