I prepare a soluble microneedles loaded with nanoparticles, in the release experiment i centrifuge the withdrawn sample at predetermined time point, in order to take the free drug from nanoparticles.

I study the kinetic of release, it is reflect the drug or nanoparticles release?

How i can differentiate that the release from nanoparticles it self or from free drug?
