Dear all,
Searching in the literature I've seen a lot of researchs that use CRISPR technique to perform directed mutagenesis in plasmid, vectors or in zigotes, but I didn't find anything about the genome.
I've done CRISPR KO succesfully several times, but in this case I need to perform a directed mutagenesis instead of an INDEL.
Do you know any protocol or article where I would be able to clarify my doubts?
